Melissa Craven David Lesseps He lives with his librarian wife, budding archeologist/geologist/cartoonist son, two demanding cats and hundreds of books in a tiny apartment in North Beach. He likes to cook pancakes, think about returning to aikido practice, reminisce about obscure punk and indy rock bands, fret about the current state of the world, and read obsessively long epic fantasy novels. Paolo Chico After 10 years of working in a variety of positions in the non-profit world, I happily found Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. I loved many parts of my past community work, but I grew quickly frustrated with the limited resources. I began to explore herbs, massage, meditation, and thinking about what community care and healing justice looks like. In my free time, I like to swim in rivers, sing to my plants, dance it out, drink coconut water in the sun, and hang out with my dog, Francisco. I am in constant awe of the power of Chinese Medicine, and I m excited to share this medicine with you at Circle Community Acupuncture.
Claudia Lehan Claudia received her Masters from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a BA in Social Theory and Political Economics from UMass, Amherst. After years of social work, community-based projects and involvement in the film world, she is thrilled to be practicing Chinese Medicine. She views this ancient tradition of healing as a fine art, and is passionate about helping people find balance and health. When not outdoors, hiking, biking and appreciating the beautiful Bay Area, she can be found curled up with a big bowl of popcorn and a good movie.
